Leadership & Experience

Mennor Chan, PE, PLS, LEED AP leads the team as Principal and Project Manager. With over 32 years of experience, she is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of civil engineering, project management, and team coordination. Her diverse project portfolio showcases her extensive expertise in every phase of project development.
