Our History

DX Print & Mail was formed in 2016 when Lewis Color, Inc. acquired the print manufacturing division of a Savannah-based targeted marketing firm. This strategic move allowed us to expand our operations and better serve our growing client base. Today, we operate under the name DX Print & Mail, with a 60,000-square-foot facility in Statesboro, GA, and satellite offices in Hilton Head Island, SC, Charleston, SC, and Bluffton, GA.

Our Services

• Prepress: Our skilled team of craftsmen uses state-of-the-art technology to process PDF and native files, assemble pages with images, and enhance graphics. We utilize AGFA's Apogee WebApproval online proofing solution to ensure seamless collaboration and file transfer.
• Printing: Our pressroom is equipped with up-to-date sheetfed presses that can accommodate up to six colors, including specialty colors, gloss or dull varnishes, double color bumps, and in-line Aqueous coating. We use conventional high-line and stochastic screening processes to deliver exceptional quality.
• Finishing: Our finishing department offers a wide range of services, including cutting, folding, and binding, as well as specialty finishings such as spot varnishing, foil stamping, and embossing.
• Mailing: We provide expert mailing services that help our clients get their message to the right audience. From list procurement to postal regulations, we ensure that our clients' mailpieces are delivered efficiently and effectively.
