With certifications in Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, among others, she is equipped to address a wide range of needs and goals. Her extensive experience and dedication to her clients make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Kaedyn Miller
Kaedyn brings a wealth of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. With certifications in NASM and CPR/AED, he has worked with clients from all walks of life, helping them achieve their goals through fitness and nutrition. Sarah Leahy
Sarah is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for strength training and kettlebells.
