Services

24-Hour Emergency Assistance: Our 24-hour emergency assistance program is designed to provide immediate support and crisis intervention to individuals in need. Our trained staff are equipped to respond to emergencies, provide counseling and problem-solving, and connect clients with mental health resources as needed.

245D Services: Our 245D services focus on providing individualized home support with training, community skills training, and behavioral support to individuals with disabilities and seniors. Our goal is to empower our clients to become active members of their communities and achieve greater independence.

Housing Stabilization Services: Our Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) program aims to provide support to individuals with disabilities and seniors in finding and maintaining affordable housing. We recognize the importance of stable housing in promoting overall health and well-being.
