What Makes Our Gym Different?
At CrossFit 313, we follow the fitness basics of Mechanics, Consistency, and Intensity. Our program is based on a foundation of safe and efficient movement patterns, taught by our highly educated coaching staff. Our goal is to help you develop and maintain well-rounded fitness, preparing you for any challenge or obstacle life may throw your way. We rigorously study the principles laid out by CrossFit teachings and use them as a daily reminder to push you to a higher level of fitness. Our promise to you is to have you leave our gym better than when you came in, physically, mentally, or emotionally.
Our Coaching Philosophy
As coaches, we fully understand and respect the decision our members make to place their fitness in our hands. We do not take this responsibility lightly and follow a three-step guide to coaching: Mechanics, Consistency, and Intensity. Our coaches take the extra time to help you move properly and improve technique. We are always available to answer your questions and provide extra help whenever needed. We demonstrate every movement, every time, to ensure you know exactly what you are doing. Our passion is to educate our members and help them reach their full potential.
Services Offered
At CrossFit 313, we offer a variety of services to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our CrossFit classes are instructor-led, group classes that consist of a total body warm-up, high-intensity workout filled with functional movements, and a stretching cool-down. These classes are packed into one hour and provide the best bang for your buck. We also offer chiropractic and sports therapy services, performed in-house by Dr. Pink. Our chiropractic adjustment, chiro adjustment & myofascial therapy, and sports therapy services can help you recover from injuries and improve your overall health and well-being.
In addition to our CrossFit and therapy services, we offer personal training and nutrition coaching. Our personal training services provide one-on-one coaching to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our nutrition coaching services provide personalized nutrition plans to help you fuel your body for optimal performance. We also offer mobility classes to help you improve your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury.
