Individual Counseling

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or perhaps depressed, our experienced and certified therapists can help. Our individual therapy services cater to individuals of all ages, and we specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges and disorders. Our therapists employ evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused Approach, emphasizing psychosocial environmental perspectives.

Family and Couples Counseling

Families and couples often face numerous challenges. At MMA, our compassionate and professional counselors are here to guide you through these complex situations. Our goal is to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and promote understanding between family members and couples.

Children and Adolescent Counseling

Is your child having difficulty in school? Are they struggling with grades, friendships, or perhaps dealing with a recent loss? At MMA, we provide onsite or in-office counseling services for employees and students. We work with children and adolescents to help them build resilience, manage emotions, and navigate the complexities of growing up.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

At MMA, we understand that life challenges can impact work performance. Our EAP services provide assessment, short-term counseling, and referral services for employees dealing with personal issues that affect their job performance, health, and well-being.

Grace DawTyne, MSW, LCSW

Grace DawTyne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Aurora University with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work, specializing in gerontology. She has provided counseling services to adolescents, facilitated crisis interventions, and worked with individuals in medical settings. Grace is certified in Trauma-Informed Care and has experience working with those who have experienced trauma, life stressors, anxiety, depression, and several other mental health challenges and disorders. Her goal is to assist every individual in therapy in changing their life for the better.

Mary Alice Wentling, LCPC, NCC, RPT, TMP

Mary Alice Wentling is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and a certified Practitioner of Traumatic Memories Protocol. She specializes in working with individuals of all ages, focusing on anxiety, trauma, and adapting to life changes. As a Registered Play Therapist and Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, Mary Alice works with young children (in partnership with their grown-ups) to discover and use nervous system regulation, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and connection skills to playfully address life challenges. Art, sandtray, game play, puppet play, and bibliotherapy are examples of the interventions used when working with adults.
