Our founder, Justin Bieganek, started the company in 1998 with the goal of helping organizations connect with their desired audience. With the discovery that "Bieganek" is Polish for messenger, inspiration struck, and Mercury Creative Group was born. We are proud to have curated a team that truly enjoys being together, collaborating, challenging each other, and lifting each other up. Our team consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including Justin Bieganek, Founder and Brand Advisor; Emily Youngblood, Client Services Director; Cheri Quinn, Director of Brand Strategy; Juli Kalbaugh, Operations Extraordinaire; and Carl Sandusky, Design Director.
