A Passion for Seafood
As a young boy, Shawn found himself drawn to the ocean-inspired flavors of his grandfather's seafood restaurant. This love for the sea and its bounty eventually led him to embark on his own culinary journey. He realized his dream of owning his own restaurant in 1999 with the opening of Shepherd's. Subsequent ventures solidified his reputation as a skilled restaurateur.
