Unprofessional and Dishonorable Business Practices
Some companies are notorious for their poor business practices, and AFM seems to be one of them. Two reviewers, Chris Cavazos and Vanessa Leary, have had extremely negative experiences with the company. Chris describes AFM as a "small trash company" that is "very unprofessional" and implies that the company is run by "a bunch of children". Vanessa's experience is even more disturbing, as she claims that her husband, a security expert with 18 years of experience, was turned down for a job despite having far more experience than other applicants. The reviewer suggests that the company hires based on rumors, hearsay, and even lacks security background checks.
Positive Experience
However, there is one reviewer, Mizz Hill, who has had a very positive experience with AFM. She praises the company for its professionalism, great communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers. She also highlights the company's woman-owned status and notes that it can be considered a one-stop shop.
Terrible Employee Treatment
