History

Aqua Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Ian Kagimoto, Walter Briant, Seichi Oyama, and Frank Kiger, who saw a need for trained operators for privately-owned wastewater treatment plants on Kauai. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include design and engineering, and have grown to become a leading provider of water and wastewater services in Hawaii.
