At Talay Thai, we are passionate about serving authentic and traditional Thai cuisine to the people of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our restaurant is located in The Steamboat Grand Hotel, and we are open seven days a week, except for Mondays. Our hours of operation are from 11 am to 9 pm, making us the perfect spot for a delicious lunch or dinner.

Our Story

The Sunti family has been serving authentic Thai food in America for over 30 years, starting with Bahn Thai Restaurant in Seattle since 1982. We have expanded to Colorado, and we are proud to bring exceptional Thai food and service to our customers. We take pride in saying "We do not use MSG" and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible dining experience.
