Dave's Truck Repair, Inc. was founded more than two decades ago by David Proulx, a visionary and hardworking entrepreneur who started out as a one-man mobile truck mechanic. Today, the company has grown into one of the largest fully qualified repair facilities in the Greater Springfield Area, with a team of 30 employees, including 20 highly skilled truck technicians, and a fleet of 6 fully equipped road-side service trucks for emergency and on-site repairs, available 24/7.

In 1987, David Proulx embarked on his journey as a mobile truck mechanic, working around the clock, seven days a week, to meet the growing demand for his services. His dedication and customer satisfaction led him to hire his first technician and add a second mobile truck to his fleet in 1988. With no time off or vacations for six years, David finally acquired a shop off Silver Street in Agawam, MA, in 1991, to handle the growth and business development. By 1998, the company had outgrown its facilities again and moved to a larger building at 1023 Page Boulevard off I-291, Exit 5. In December 2020, Dave's Truck Repair, Inc. moved to its current location at 649 Cottage St., where it continues to provide unparalleled repair services to its customers.
