Our History

Founded in 1998 by Charles A. Otero, P.E., our company was built on a foundation of providing professional engineering services in the areas of civil engineering design, permitting, and construction services related to infrastructure improvements. Our team members have been working together since 1981, and have successfully completed projects ranging from small outparcels to large, multi-use developments, as well as numerous public sector projects.
