Our community features 52 spacious apartments, each with modern amenities and features. We offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, some of which include dens and a second bathroom. Our apartments are equipped with fully appointed kitchens, laundry facilities, and unit-based heating and cooling systems. Each apartment also features a full-size washer and dryer, individual storage lockers, and a balcony for your enjoyment.

Our community features include a central elevator and stair access, a large community/event room, a card room, a handsome library, a guest suite, an exercise room, a wood shop, and a heated parking garage (optional). We also offer a car wash for our residents' convenience.

Our community is conveniently located near Lake George, providing a picturesque setting for our residents. Our staff is dedicated to providing a comfortable, friendly environment while staying current with maintenance needs. We host planned events and activities for our residents to stay active and engaged in the community.

Join Our Waiting List

Joining our waiting list is completely free, and we encourage you to do so to ensure you have priority when an apartment becomes available. To join our waiting list, please print, fill out, and sign the three documents provided. These include the application, the Statement of Rental Policy, and the Smoke-Free / Fire Safety Lease Addendum.

Once you have completed these documents, you can submit them to us by mail, fax, email, or in person. We do not require an application fee or deposit when prospective residents are added to our waiting list.
