Frustrating Move-In Experiences
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with their move-in experiences at this property. Lack of Urgency from the management team has been a common theme. Andrea C. had to call the leasing office multiple times to get updates on the completion of work, but never received a call from the property manager to offer updates. Richard C. experienced similar issues, with the cleaning team not completing their work on time and the property not being ready for move-in.
Unpleasant Living Conditions
Glorianna F. had a Terrible Experience at the property, citing Spiders and Insects in the unit, as well as Dirty and Nasty conditions. She also mentioned that the staff never followed through on requests and entered the unit without permission.
Disputes with Management
Melanie W. had a Negative Experience with the application process, stating that the property charged an additional $350 "application deposit" that was supposed to be refundable if the application was denied. However, the property refused to refund the deposit, citing that they had informed the applicant that it was non-refundable.
A Positive Exception
Thomas S., on the other hand, had a Great Experience with the property, praising the staff, including Cory with maintenance and Patricia & Elaine in the leasing office. He recommended the property to his coworkers and appreciated the perfect location.
