Our Services

We offer a range of services to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our personal training programs are designed to provide one-on-one attention and guidance to help you tone, lose body fat, and build strength. Our kinetic chain assessment will help determine the most effective path to success, and our goal assessment will help you set and achieve realistic goals. We also offer distance training for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home.

In addition to personal training, we also offer group fitness classes, including aqua fitness classes at the Legends Pool and boot camp classes at the Clermont Arts and Recreation Center. Our aqua fitness classes are a fun and low-impact way to get in shape, and our boot camp classes offer a high-energy workout at an affordable price.

We also offer a range of products to support your fitness journey, including doTERRA all-natural sports supplements and essential oils, and our own line of custom-designed myofacial release rollers and balls.

Our Trainer

Alex Cromartie, our certified personal trainer and health coach, has been in the fitness industry since 2010. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise, and has a passion for teaching people about their bodies and empowering them through exercise.
