Conveniently located at Moretz Mills, our 16,000 square foot facility is equipped with top-of-the-line cardio and strength training equipment, a turf track, steam rooms, and a nutrition and hydration bar. We offer a variety of group fitness classes, personal training, and youth training programs designed to help our members build muscle, increase power, and enhance overall strength and well-being.
Our Services

Our personal training programs are designed to provide one-on-one attention and customized workouts tailored to each individual's specific goals and needs. Our group fitness classes include TRX, Barre, Cardio Kickboxing, Spin, and Circuit Training, among others. Our youth training programs, designed for athletes aged 9-17, focus on increasing strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and overall athleticism while reducing the risk of injury.
