My Story

Like many people, my relationship with fitness has been a roller coaster. I spent years caught in the cycle of restrictive diets, punishing workouts, and never feeling truly satisfied with my body. The pressure to conform to unrealistic beauty standards left me feeling frustrated and defeated.

Then, I decided to take a different path. I committed to embracing my body just as it was, nourishing it with wholesome foods I genuinely enjoyed, and focusing on building strength from the inside out. It was a liberating realization that health and fitness are not synonymous with thinness or perfection.

As a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (CPT ACSM) and the Body Positive Fitness Alliance, I've combined my passion for fitness with my commitment to inclusivity. My training encompasses precision nutrition, Health at Every Size, and Intuitive Eating philosophies. I draw upon diverse fitness disciplines like horseback riding, rugby, Olympic Weightlifting, powerlifting, and kettlebells, tailoring workouts to each individual's needs and preferences. My aim is to help others discover the joy and confidence that comes from moving their bodies in a way that feels good and empowering.

Small Group Fitness

Our small group fitness classes offer a fun and dynamic way to improve your strength, mobility, and overall fitness. In a supportive and encouraging environment, you'll work alongside a small group of like-minded individuals, pushing each other to reach new heights.
