Our Leadership Team

Our CEO and founder, Michael Roark, has over 40 years of experience in the window covering industry. He began his career in the drapery cleaning field in 1981 and soon established his first window covering business, "Biltmore Drapery Sales" in 1983. After many years of success, Michael moved to San Antonio and founded "Window Coverings By Michael" in 2010.

Melinda Tomerlin joined the team as a Co-Owner and Senior Vice President of Operations in 2015, bringing 25 years of retail management expertise to the table. Together, Michael and Melinda lead the Window Coverings by Michael team in providing exceptional window covering and film solutions.
