Our Story

At Lifetime Renovations, we are passionate about helping you realize your forever home. With over two decades of experience in the industry, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional renovation services throughout the Big Bend and South Georgia.

As a division of Accessibility Solutions, we were created with the goal of reaching individuals who could benefit from the quality, knowledge, and experience that Accessibility Solutions provided but were not in need of a renovation to suit any particular conditions or disabilities. Our team of certified aging in place specialists (CAPS) with decades of experience in home renovations and universal design principles are uniquely qualified to tailor the best renovation solutions for any situation.

Our focus on quality, professionalism, and integrity combined with our unique experience and knowledge allow for personalized solutions with exceptional results. Our mission is to provide exceptional results for our clients in every endeavor by maintaining a steadfast focus on integrity, quality, knowledge, and professionalism. By offering quality products and services combined with professional and knowledgeable support, Lifetime Renovations has become a known for its integrity, exceptional service, and a resolute commitment to the best interests of our clients.

Our People

Our team is led by John Pettit, a Marine Corps veteran and graduate of Norwich University. John developed the idea for Accessibility Solutions while working for a home medical equipment company in Tallahassee. His years of experience in remodeling allowed him to see solutions for his clients who were struggling to safely enjoy their home as a result of their age, disability, or condition. Shortly thereafter, Lifetime Renovations was added as a division of Accessibility Solutions.

Our Services

Lifetime Renovations offers a wide range of services designed to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of your home. From bathroom and kitchen renovations to additions, decks, and outdoor kitchens, we can help with projects large and small, inside and out.

Our bathroom renovation services include updating or replacing toilets, vanities, countertops, shower/bath tubs, bathroom floors, bathroom sinks, glass shower walls and doors, new shower tile and backsplashes, standalone tubs and Jacuzzi tubs, doorway widening, and grab bar installation for accessibility.

In the kitchen, we can upgrade or replace kitchen sinks, countertops, kitchen islands, kitchen floors, and appliances. We can also renovate or create kitchen islands, expand or open up kitchen floor plans, install new custom cabinets, and add new back splashes.

Additionally, we can help with various other projects such as mother-in-law suite additions, recreation rooms, home theaters, sun rooms, screen rooms, converting garages to living space, bathroom additions, and bedroom additions.
