About Me

I have extensive experience in treating individuals, couples, and families of all ages. My background includes private practice, community counseling agencies, a high school guidance department, and a homeless shelter for men. I've also had the privilege of leading various groups and teaching classes in Marriage and Family Therapy at Iona College. My approach draws on various systemic theories, focusing on familial relationships, patterns, communication, and behaviors to help you achieve your goals.

Education and Certifications

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona College, with honors, and a Master of Arts in Communication Arts from NYIT, also with honors. I am a New York State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, and have completed additional training in Disaster Mental Health and SBIRT.
