Our mission is to provide family, youth, and child services in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. We strive to support children with special needs, enabling them to reach their full potential. Our team of experts works together to create a supportive and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and develop alongside their typically developing peers.

Our Services

The Therapeutic Child Care Services (TCCS) program provides a foundation for children to learn, socialize, and play alongside their typically developing peers. Through an inclusive integrated environment, TCCS offers services by trained professionals that meet the needs of all children. Our services include:

• Therapeutic Integration Specialists who work directly with children in the TCCS program, in the child's classroom, and report data on the child's progress towards goals.
• Licensed Clinicians who supervise the support services directly to the classroom and child care center, writing individualized Therapeutic Integration Plans (TIP) and modeling techniques and strategies for success.
• Teachers who work together with the TCCS team to help every child reach their personal best in an inclusive setting.

Eligibility and Trainings

To be eligible for our program, children must be enrolled in a licensed child care facility in Rhode Island, have special health care needs, and have active Medicaid health insurance or be enrolled in Katie Beckett. We also offer trainings for TCCS teachers and team members, which count towards approved DHS training hours.

Our Team

Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing high-quality services to children and their families. Our team includes a Therapeutic Special Needs Program Director, Licensed Clinicians, Therapeutic Integration Specialists, and Teachers who work together to ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed.
