Who We Are

Our team consists of experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Jordy Weaver and Nancy Pierce. Both are board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Credentialing Center and licensed in Arizona. They bring extensive clinical expertise and a genuine passion for preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment.
