Our Story

Complete Care was founded by two Prescott medical providers, Kaia and Zachary, who saw a need for better patient-provider relationships in the community. They come from a background in orthopedics, emergency medicine, and urgent care, and have a combined experience of over two decades in the medical field. They recognized that patients often turn to expensive urgent care or emergency rooms for medical care because they don't have a primary care provider or can't get an appointment quickly enough. At Complete Care, we want to change that. We believe that open and honest communication, patient education, and a strong commitment to excellent health are the foundations for successful patient-provider relationships.

Meet the Providers

Our team of providers consists of Zachary Leonard, PA-C, Kaia Kordosky-Herrera, PA-C, and James McCarver, MD. Zachary has been practicing medicine in urgent care and emergency medicine, and has a passion for creating meaningful connections with his patients. Kaia has a background in education and has worked in orthopedics, emergency medicine, and urgent care. James McCarver, MD, brings over 50 years of clinical experience to our team as our Medical Director.
