Pet Policy

At St. Peter's Place, we understand the importance of our furry friends. Our pet-friendly community welcomes cats, with a weight limit of 20 lbs. each, and a one-time additional deposit of $250. Additional monthly rent of $25 applies. We also have a strict policy regarding animal licenses, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering.
