Patrice Murphy, the driving force behind 7PM Fitness, is a passionate health enthusiast who firmly believes in the power of a healthy lifestyle for achieving longevity. As a Biology Pre-Med graduate from North Carolina A&T State University, Patrice possesses a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between nutrition and physical well-being. Her extensive knowledge has been further solidified through her impressive array of certifications, including CrossFit Trainer, Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, MixxedFit Instructor, and a diploma in Sports Nutrition.
Over the past eight years, Patrice has built a successful career in the fitness industry, transitioning from the corporate world as a CEO to establishing her own personal and professional training company, 7PM Fitness. Her dedication to empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals has earned her widespread recognition, including the prestigious "Millennial Making Moves" award from Washington DC's Radio One in 2018. She has also graced the pages of various prominent publications such as City of District Heights Mayor's Office, United Health Care Wellness Division, DC Government Health & Wellness Division, The Uncensored TV Network, and earned praise through a proclamation from the Prince George's County Council.

- BOOTY BOOT CAMP: ednesdays at 6pm - Ready to sculpt the physique of your dreams? Our BOOTY BOOT CAMP combines bodyweight functional movements and strength training exercises meticulously targeting specific muscle groups in your glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and abs. Get ready to burn fat, build muscle, and shape, tighten, and tone your lower body.
- XTREME HIP HOP STEP: Mon & Wed @ 7:30pm Step into an exhilarating workout with our XTREME HIP HOP STEP class. This high-intensity, low-impact class is your passport to cardio conditioning and a whole lot of fun. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting out, Shay Renee will guide you through a dynamic routine that will leave you energized and wanting more.
- TOTAL BODY BOOT CAMP: Thursdays at 6pm - Perfect for all fitness levels, our TOTAL BODY BOOT CAMP is a 55-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session designed to maximize calorie burn and sculpt your entire physique. Weights and mats are provided, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm for a challenging workout.
- CURVES & GAINS: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5am - Are you ready to challenge your body and unlock your full potential? Our CURVES & GAINS class is a 45-minute high-impact total body interval training experience designed to maximize results. We combine calisthenics, cardio conditioning, and strength training for a powerful combination that will leave you feeling exhilarated and accomplished.
- THE SWITCH: Every Saturday - Every Saturday is an opportunity to embrace the unexpected! Join us for "The Switch, " a dynamic class featuring a different instructor and a new fitness format. From yoga to dance fitness to boxing, you'll discover a world of diverse movement experiences.
- STRETCH THERAPY: Select Sundays at 2:30pm - Dedicate time to recovery and rejuvenation with our STRETCH THERAPY sessions. Twice a month, join Patrice for a revitalizing group stretching experience designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall well-being.
