Unlimited Staffing Solutions, Inc. has been a trusted provider of home care services since 2001. With over 75 years of combined experience in the home care industry, we specialize in Home and Community Based Support (HCBS) waiver services, with a focus on empowering individuals to lead independent lives in their chosen communities. Our services are designed to provide meaningful support that encourages opportunities for growth and independence.

One of our founders has a personal connection to HCBS waiver services, as their adult child began receiving these services in 2000 at the age of 7. Today, their child is thriving, and this experience has shaped our commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Our Services

At Unlimited Staffing Solutions, Inc., we provide a range of HCBS waiver services to consumers over the age of 60 and those with developmental disabilities. Our services are available throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, including Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, and Montgomery Counties.

Through the Department of Aging, we offer CHC HCBS Waiver services to individuals over the age of 60. These services are designed to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Through the Office of Developmental Disabilities (ODP), we offer HCBS Waiver services to individuals with developmental disabilities. These services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and are focused on providing opportunities for growth and independence.

We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care, and we strive to match each consumer with a Personal Assistant (PA) who is well-suited to their needs and preferences. Our PAs are trained to provide a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

• Personal care, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Light housekeeping, such as laundry, dishwashing, and meal preparation
• Errands and transportation, such as grocery shopping, doctor's appointments, and community outings
• Medication reminders and assistance with self-administration
• Socialization and companionship

Our PAs receive ongoing training and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care. We believe that by providing meaningful, life-long PAS services, we can help individuals with disabilities lead fulfilling lives in their chosen communities.
