Payment

We gladly accept credit and debit cards. There is a 3% service charge for credit card processing. Payments can be made online or over the phone. We also accept checks, which can be delivered to one of our maids or left at your home if you're not available. Please note that payments are due immediately after service is completed. A 3% Fee is applied when paying online through Credit Card or Paypal. A $10 billing fee will apply if payment is not received at the time of service. A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days and accrue monthly. All bank charges incurred due to NSF checks will be passed on to client at a flat rate of $30 per check.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I need to be home for the cleaning? No. Although some people prefer to be home for the cleaning, many of our clients provide us with a key or a garage code and we take care of the rest. We also offer lockboxes for an additional fee.

How long will the cleaning take? Depending on the size of your home and the level of cleaning you require, cleaning times can vary. Typically, a standard cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment or condo takes about two hours, while a three-bedroom house might take around four hours.

Can I customize my cleaning? Absolutely! We offer customized cleaning plans that cater to your specific needs and preferences. Just let us know what you need, and we'll take care of it.

What if I need to reschedule? We understand that sometimes things come up, and you might need to reschedule your cleaning. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
