1. Group Therapy

Our group therapy sessions utilize a collaborative approach to challenge work sheets, facilitate presentations, and engage in meaningful discussions. We tailor each session to address the diverse needs of our clients, updating treatment plans regularly to ensure ongoing progress.

2. Individual Counseling

For those requiring additional support, we offer low-cost individual counseling. This personalized intervention addresses each client's unique challenges and concerns, including high-risk situations.

3. Specialized Programs

We partner with the Florida Safety Council to provide treatment for DUI referrals. Additionally, we serve clients referred by Probation or Pre-Trial Diversion programs. We also welcome individuals seeking personal growth who are not formally referred.

Our Approach

We employ the Transformative Self Management (TSM) approach, developed by renowned therapist Dr. K.S. Rabac. This evidence-based method empowers clients to develop self-awareness and ultimately achieve self-actualization through guided exercises and discussions.
