Empowering Relationships, Transforming Lives
South Bay Eco Kids Nature Camp is a place where children can get back to nature, explore, learn, and grow. We believe that spending time in nature is essential for a child's development and well-being, and we strive to provide a safe and fun environment where they can do just that. Our camp is designed to foster a connection with nature through guided play, hands-on activities, and teachable moments, helping kids to grow up to love and protect the natural world.

What We Offer
At South Bay Eco Kids Nature Camp, we offer a unique and engaging camp experience that focuses on nature and the environment. Our camp is designed for children aged 5-12, and we offer a variety of activities that are designed to be fun, educational, and age-appropriate. Our camp themes include:
- Ecosystems Services: We depend on nature every day, often without realizing it. Through hands-on activities, we explore the many ways that nature provides for us and how we can protect it.
- Human Impacts: Human activity can harm nature and the ecosystem services we depend on. We investigate how human activity affects the environment and what we can do to minimize our impact.
- Eco-Conscious Kid: We strive to empower our campers to become stewards of the environment. We provide them with the knowledge and tools they need to make environmentally-conscious choices and to take action to protect nature.
Each day at camp, your child will be given an Eco Kid explorer vest with plenty of pockets for collecting maps, rocks, leaves, and other natural treasures. This vest helps to instill a sense of adventure and encourages a feeling of community among our campers. Throughout the day, campers enjoy activities such as scavenger hunts, journaling, trash-to-treasure crafts, nature-themed games, hands-on science activities, live wildlife shows, and more! We use every teachable moment to convey the importance of nature and how and why we should take care of it.
