Our restaurant takes its name from the first opera to take place in New Orleans, which was known for its raucous and comedic performances. We aim to recreate this same energy and fun every night, blending the line between restaurant and bar.

Sylvain is located in a historic carriage house built in the late 1700s, paying homage to our French Quarter neighborhood's rich history while infusing a modern twist. Our menu is designed to honor the iconic Southern fare and locally inspired cocktails that make New Orleans unique.

Reservations and Hours

At Sylvain, we welcome both walk-ins and reservations. If you're planning to join us for dinner, we recommend making a reservation to ensure availability. You can book your reservation on Resy.

Our hours of operation are as follows:

• Dinner: Monday - Thursday | 4pm - 11pm, Friday + Saturday | 4pm - 12am, Sunday | 4pm - 10pm
• Brunch/Lunch: Friday - Sunday | 10:30am - 3:30pm
• Thanksgiving: Thursday 11/23 | 11am - 9pm
