At High Five Fitness, we are a passionate community-based fitness facility focused on educating, entertaining, and inspiring athletes of all ages and abilities. Our team of knowledgeable and friendly coaches is dedicated to guiding you through every workout safely and effectively, helping you reach your fitness goals and improve your overall well-being.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of programs and services designed to cater to diverse fitness needs and goals. Our CrossFit classes are perfect for those looking to change up their regular workout routine, with 60-minute coach-led sessions that combine cardio, weightlifting, and/or gymnastic elements. For a high-energy, calorie-burning workout, our Spin classes are a great option, led by our motivational instructors. We also offer a variety of other classes, including BFit, Full Force, Aromatherapy Gentle Flow Yoga, Cardio Dance, Pound, and more.
In addition to our adult programs, we have a range of Youth Programs designed for kids of all ages. From Love2Play for the five and under crowd, to our Kids Class for 6-10 year olds, and our Teen Class for 11+, we have something for every young athlete. We also offer Nutrition Counseling to help you fuel your body and support your fitness goals.
Our Story
High Five Fitness was founded by Nate and Emily Feldpausch in 2012, starting out as Williamston Strength and Conditioning in their home garage. Over the years, the gym grew and expanded, eventually becoming Williamston CrossFit in 2015. As the business continued to evolve, Nate and Emily decided to open up their gym to a variety of different fitness options, adding new programs and services to cater to the diverse needs of the Williamston community.
