At Force Engineering, we are a team of seasoned professionals with over 20 years of experience in providing top-notch engineering development teams for rent. Our journey started at Condor Pacific Industries, Inc. and continued through BAE SYSTEMS Inertial Products Inc. after the buyout of Condor Pacific in 2002. In 2006, we decided to form our own company, Force Engineering Inc., with a key focus on avionics, inertial systems, and test platforms.

We offer a wide range of services designed to cater to the needs of both large aerospace companies and entrepreneurs. In the aerospace sector, our services include module specification development, system design and analysis, design reviews, detailed electrical, mechanical and software design and analysis, prototype build and test, first article build and test, qualification, and low quantity production 'flight' units. For commercial projects, we can help you develop your idea from concept to a fully functional prototype, including developing a specification, creating concept drawings and 3D virtual models, building real models using stereo lithography (STL's), and preparing your product for volume manufacturing.

Our Experience: A Proven Track Record of Success

Our team has a rich history of delivering successful projects in both the commercial and aerospace sectors. In the commercial field, we have worked on projects such as developing an active cell phone accessory for iPowerUp Inc., including concept development and presentation of the product design to potential investors, partners, and channel distributors. We have also designed a kitchen appliance (blender/mixer) and provided printed circuit board layout and assembly for multiple customers and applications.

In the aerospace sector, our projects include the development of the Longbow Missile Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), where we were responsible for system design, microprocessor unit, firmware, gyroscope spin supply, data acquisition, and built-in test functions. We have also worked on the AIM-9X, AMRAAM, and FOTT Inertial Reference Units, offering similar functionality to the Longbow IMU, as well as on land navigation and borehole navigation inertial systems. Additionally, we have designed tuned gyroscope, audio amplifiers for C-130J cockpit simulators, and test equipment development, including single bay through three bay test consoles with data acquisition using Labview and National Instruments data acquisition cards.

Who We Are: A Team of Experts with a Deep Understanding of Engineering

Our team is led by Martin Cox, President and CEO, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Brunel University of West London and a Master in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California. Martin has extensive experience, including being the Director of Engineering for BAE Systems Inertial Products Inc., where he managed over 250 engineers across 5 sites in the US and UK.
