History

Forbes Architects was founded in 1985, and Forbes Construction & Development was later formed in 1994 as a Certified General Contracting Company. The construction firm later evolved into Forbes Construction, LLC in 2013 with the goal of providing quality design and business services. John R. Forbes is a former adjunct Design Lecturer at the University of Miami and is a Certified General Contractor. The firms are licensed and insured to practice Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design in Florida.
