  • Zumba: Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together (all sizes, shapes, and abilities) to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style workout.
  • BARRE: A full-body workout that combines elements of Pilates, dance, and strength training to sculpt, tone, and define.
  • POUND: A full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and Pilates to create a fun and effective workout.
  • Wine Night Fitness Party: A fun and social workout that combines fitness and wine tasting.
  • Strength Fusion: A full-body workout that combines strength training and cardio for a challenging and effective workout.
