Our Team

Our team is composed of experienced professionals who are dedicated to making your project successful. Peter Leonard, our owner and designer, has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has been building and designing homes since 1986. Kathleen Zimmerman, our office manager, is the first point of contact for our clients and is responsible for managing appointments, calls, and business transactions. Our team of carpenters and subcontractors are experienced and reliable, and we work closely with them to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard.
