At Sellwood Family Medicine, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, personal, and proactive healthcare to our patients. Our Services

We offer a wide range of medical services, including full-spectrum primary care for acute or chronic conditions, complete laboratory testing with in-office blood draws, nutritional testing and treatment, botanical medicine, homeopathy and flower essences, physical medicine, ultrasound guided joint injection, food sensitivity testing, dietary and lifestyle counseling, full pharmaceutical prescribing, sub-lingual immunotherapy for environmental allergies, and IV nutritional therapy (IVMT). Our physicians are also trained to serve as your primary care doctor, providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.

Sustainability in Our Office

At Sellwood Family Medicine, we believe in the importance of environmental sustainability. Since 2009, we have been operating a 4800 watt solar photovoltaic (electric) system that provides 60 percent of our total energy use. Additionally, we have a backyard farm where we grow organic fruit and vegetables, promoting the concept of food as medicine. This year's crop includes a variety of fruits and vegetables, further demonstrating our commitment to sustainable living and health.

Integrative Medicine

We practice integrative medicine, which combines mainstream medical therapies and CAM (alternative) therapies for which there is scientific evidence of safety and effectiveness. Integrative medicine is healing-oriented and highly individualized, making use of all appropriate therapies, both conventional and alternative. Our approach is based on the principles of a partnership between patient and practitioner in the healing process, the appropriate use of conventional and alternative methods to facilitate the body's innate healing response, and consideration of all factors that influence health, wellness, and disease, including mind, spirit, and community as well as body.
