In-Home Senior Services, Maine's premier homecare agency, has been providing compassionate and personalized in-home care services to senior citizens and their families since 1994. Our mission is to enable people to remain in their own homes as an alternative to nursing homes or life-care housing programs, and we strive to do so with a commitment to high-quality, in-home care services that recognize the dignity, independence, and individuality of each person served.
Our Story
In-Home Senior Services was established by Anita Francoeur in 1994 as a private agency to provide in-home care and personal-care services. After her retirement in 2015, the company is now owned by Kathleen Candage and Theresa Norton. Over the years, we have built a reputation for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, and we continue to grow and evolve to meet the changing needs of our community.
Our Services
We understand that every individual has unique needs and preferences, and we tailor our services to meet those needs. Our wide range of caregiving support services include personal care, homemaking, and companionship, all designed to allow people to live independently and safely in their own home. We also work closely with various organizations, such as the Alzheimer's Association, Southern Maine Agency on Aging, community hospitals, and home health agencies, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive care and support.
