We serve the communities of Lakeway, Bee Caves, Steiner Ranch, and Spicewood, and we are dedicated to helping you and your family create lasting change.

Our team is led by Sallie E. Ingle, MA, LPC-S, a warm, caring, and experienced therapist with strong, well-honed skills to help you navigate life's challenges. Sallie is an Internal Family Systems Therapist, and she works with clients using a wide variety of strength-based therapeutic modalities. She collaborates with her clients to increase clarity and confidence, access their calm wisdom, and improve their ability to cope with life's stressful and sometimes traumatic events.

Sallie works with Couples, Families, Teens, Adults, and Groups, and she is dedicated to helping each individual bring their compassionate, creative Self to life. She encourages her clients to choose courageous, creative responses and solutions to the challenges they face. Sallie is passionate about helping people transform their lives and live more fulfilling, meaningful experiences.

Internal Family Systems Therapy

At Lakeway Counseling Center, we believe in the power of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. IFS is a transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy that believes the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Our inner parts contain valuable qualities, and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS, all parts are welcome, and we believe that this approach can help people heal and help the world become a more compassionate place.

We are part of the IFS Institute, a movement dedicated to bringing more Self Leadership to the World. We believe in expanding diversity and inclusivity in our community and welcome all people of any age, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, class, ability, language, or cultural background into the Internal Family Systems community.

Offerings at Wind Horse Hill Retreat Center

In addition to our individual and group therapy sessions, Lakeway Counseling Center offers a variety of offerings at Wind Horse Hill Retreat Center. These offerings include workshops, retreats, and training programs designed to help individuals and groups deepen their understanding of themselves and the world around them. Our retreats are designed to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and learn new skills to help them navigate life's challenges.

Professional Consultation and Clinical Supervision

At Lakeway Counseling Center, we also offer professional consultation and clinical supervision services. Sallie provides supervision for a limited number of LPC Interns who have an interest in developing and honing their skills using Internal Family Systems Therapy with their clients. Additionally, she provides consultations to colleagues interested in case consultation, growing a private practice, establishing and deepening Self Care, and more. Sallie is a trainer for Cedar Barstow's Right Use of Power model of Ethics and provides team building events and trainings for clinicians, non-profit groups, and others, including the Texas State Board of Law Examiners.
