The Family Health Centers of Southern Indiana are a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) providing quality health care to low-income, underinsured, and uninsured residents of Southern Indiana. We offer a range of primary health care services, including prevention and wellness, acute and chronic care, and coordination with specialty care and community services. Our team of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners strive to provide high-quality care to all, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept Medicaid and Medicare and offer a sliding fee scale based on income.
