Tri-Lakes Community Fitness Gym is a functional gym and fitness facility offering group sessions and personal training/private coaching. We provide a high-intensity core to extremity strength and conditioning program that focuses on all ten components of General Physical Skills. Our workouts are programmed and conducted by certified coaches who are there to ensure you can safely and accurately perform the movements. We offer group fitness classes and private sessions, and our vision is to create a fit and healthy community that strives for elite level fitness performance.
