The Demarest Cooperative Nursery School was established in 1965 and is a nonsectarian, cooperative nursery school located in the educational wing of the United Methodist Church in Demarest, N.J. We offer a unique learning experience for children, with a curriculum that celebrates various holiday traditions. Our staff is highly trained and dedicated, and we offer a co-op and non-co-op option for families. We also participate in school events, parent meetings, and fund-raisers to raise money for enrichment programs, special guests, field trips, and specialty equipment for the children. Our school year runs from the second week of September to the first week of June, with an extended 2-week summer camp option for 3's and 4's.
