Doomsday Fitness Experience is a sophisticated calisthenics/weighted resistance training system consisting of a mixture of muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscular growth variations, pushing the limit of each to its heightened peaks. We use the principles of Progressive Movements. This involves learning the simplest forms of basic exercises, and then progressively moving on to more advanced variations of them. In each principle of training under the system, the three most important key components we focus on are: EXECUTION (executing the proper form and technique of movements) FREQUENCY (how OFTEN we practice the movements) INTENSITY (how much effort we put out while performing the movements) Mastering all of these as well as keeping a healthy & nutritionally balanced diet is crucial for optimal results.
