We offer lessons on the Pilates Equipment/Apparatus, including the Universal Reformer, Cadillac, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Pedi Pole, Baby Chair, Spine Corrector plus all small equipment. These lessons also include some Mat Pilates. We also offer Group classes via Zoom in Buff Bones Pilates Mat which is safe for those with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, Strength Training for the 50+ woman and Total Body Stretch class.
