AmeriCare Adult Day Health Care Center is a licensed and Medi-Cal certified community-based program providing a variety of health, therapeutic, and social services to medically, socially, or psychologically eligible adults. Our skilled Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) consists of professionals who work together to meet each individual's unique plan of care, focusing on providing holistic care: mind, body, and spirit. We serve 135 participants daily, complementing the care received at home. Our passion is to deliver a positive, social, and energetic environment, bringing community back into healthcare one day at a time.
