Our gym, Premier Boxing for Fitness, welcomes all levels of athletes, youth ages 7 to 17, adults men and women, from beginners to elites, as well as individuals who want to gain a healthier lifestyle through basic functional mobility movements and improve stress levels. We offer results-driven fitness cardio boxing classes, boxing lessons, and performance-based conditioning programs led by experienced certified personal trainers and certified USA boxing coaches. Our sessions are 60 minutes in duration, using motivation, accountability, and dynamic training to get you the body you want. You won't lift beyond your level or perform movements out of your skill set, and you'll perform exercises that mimic everyday movements to make you stronger and more efficient in your daily activities.
