Prime Women is a nutrition-based whole woman program that helps women reach their fitness and fat loss goals through small group training, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle guidance. Our program is designed to improve health, relationships, and overall well-being, and is tailored to the female population. We use functional movement patterns performed at high intensity to build strength, cardiovascular fitness, bone density, flexibility, and cognition, and also provide support and guidance to help members achieve their goals.
