This is why we opened our doors in 2016, with a mission to provide professional strength training that caters to individuals who want to stay fit but do not have the luxury of time to spend hours in the gym.
Our founder, Patrick Ycaro, is a certified personal trainer with over eight years of experience in high-intensity strength training. He believes that everyone deserves to live a healthy and active lifestyle, regardless of age or fitness level.
Our Services

Our sessions are typically 30 minutes long, which allows us to provide full-body strength training without wasting any time. We use a combination of free-weight and body weight exercises, along with state-of-the-art machines, to ensure that every workout is efficient and effective.
Our trainers are dedicated to providing a safe and controlled environment for all clients. We believe in the power of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which allows individuals to achieve the same or better results in less time compared to traditional gym workouts.
