Our Story
At Boombox CrossFit North, we're not just a gym - we're a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about fitness and wellness. Our story began in 2014, when our founders decided to create a space where people of all ages and abilities could come together to achieve their fitness goals.
Our Coaches
Our coaches are not only experts in their field, but they're also passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Meet our coaches:
Coach Brit
Coach Brit is our co-owner and head coach. She has a certification in CrossFit Level 2 and is also a CrossFit Kids Trainer. Brit's journey to fitness began several years ago, when she found herself overweight and in need of a change. Through healthy eating and exercise, she lost 100lbs and has since become a certified CrossFit trainer. Brit's mission is to inspire and encourage others to take control of their health and wellness.
Coach Katie
Coach Katie is our other co-owner and head coach. She has a certification in CrossFit Level 1 and has been training for several years. Katie's passion is to build personal relationships with her clients and help them achieve their fitness goals. She believes in the power of community and loves being part of the Boombox North family.
Coach Throop
Coach Throop is our third coach and has a certification in CrossFit Level 1. Throop's story is one of transformation, having gone from a sedentary individual to a fitness enthusiast. He believes that fitness is a journey, not a destination, and loves to help others on their own fitness journey.

Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning program is designed to help you build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a series of exercises that are tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Olympic Weightlifting
Our Olympic weightlifting program is designed for those who are looking to improve their strength and power. Our experienced coaches will teach you the proper techniques and form for lifting weights.
Yoga
Our yoga classes are designed to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of poses and exercises that are tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Schedule
At Boombox CrossFit North, we have a variety of class times to fit your schedule. From 5am to 7:30pm, we have a class time that suits your lifestyle.
