Our Services
At Fit Society, we offer a wide range of services that cater to different fitness goals, preferences, and schedules. Our services include:
- Personal Training: Our personal training sessions are conducted by our team of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCSs), who take a 3D functional approach to fitness. Our CSCSs have extensive knowledge and experience in training techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition. They have backgrounds in health science and a history of working with professional athletes, ensuring that they can provide evidence-based knowledge in training sessions to improve athletic performance. Our personal training sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, and are designed to provide personal attention, immediate feedback, and accountability.
- Group Training: Our group training sessions are designed to develop your strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, mobility, and performance. They provide a strong overall foundation for a more well-rounded individual. Our group training sessions are flexible and can be planned around your own timetable, providing consistency and customization.
- LivFit Classes: Our LivFit classes are designed to build up your cardiovascular health, lose weight, and increase your stamina & endurance with our cardio fitness track. They are also designed to build strength & lean muscle while losing fat and increasing mobility with our performance strength track. Our LivFit classes include an extended warm-up section to familiarize the body with the upcoming movements, preventing injury and jump-starting the body.
- Fit4Life Classes: Our Fit4Life classes are designed for those transitioning out of physical therapy, anyone looking to get started on a low-intensity fitness regimen, or clients age 50+ who are looking to live an active lifestyle. They focus on the three major components that the body needs to function optimally: mobility, flexibility, and stability.
At Fit Society, we believe that recovery is just as important as the workout itself. That's why we offer evidence-based recovery methods, tailored to your needs, to ensure that you can repeat your workouts and see substantial results. Our memberships grant access to unlimited classes every month, allowing you to create your custom fitness plan alongside one of our coaches.

Our team of coaches are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. They are dedicated to investing in your fitness journey and helping you achieve your goals. Our coaches are with you every step of the way, bringing all of your questions and concerns to your free consultation, and creating a personalized plan just for you.
Our Locations
We have two convenient locations in San Diego, CA, one in Kearny Mesa and one in La Mesa. Our Kearny Mesa location is at 3959 Ruffin Road Suite J, and our La Mesa location is at 8491 Fletcher Parkway. Both locations have state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and amenities to provide you with the best fitness experience possible.
